What’s New with Your CCA SCO Benefits?

The CCA SCO plan is built to cover your complete care needs—combining medical, behavioral health, and social supports. To help you navigate your coverage easily, CCA has updated its member resource portal with essential, easy-to-access documents (available in English, Spanish, and Portuguese):

  • Summary of Benefits: A quick, clear overview of what your plan covers and the services available to you.
  • Member Handbook: Your detailed guide (also known as the Evidence of Coverage) explaining exactly how your plan works.
  • Annual Notice of Changes: A breakdown of any recent updates to your plan’s benefits, rules, or coverage limits.
  • Star Rating: Medicare’s official quality evaluation of the plan.

⚠️ Urgent Eligibility Reminder

All SCO enrollees must be actively enrolled in both Medicare Parts A and B, as well as MassHealth Standard (Medicaid) to maintain their SCO plan coverage. Please review your status to ensure your care remains uninterrupted.
