What a fantastic day in Dorchester! Today, July 22nd, the Senior Community Room at Harbor Point Public Safety was buzzing with warm energy, big smiles, and fantastic community spirit.
Organized through a special collaboration between Clare Senior Care AFC & GAFC and future dental leaders from the Boston University, Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine, the Healthy Smiles & Wellness Day was an overwhelming success for our local seniors and residents.

🥖 Fresh Bread & Warm Hellos (11:00 AM)
We kicked off the morning at 11:00 AM in the Bread Room, where attendees were greeted with fresh, fragrant loaves of bread. Beyond getting a nutritious treat to take home, it set a warm and inviting tone for the entire day, giving neighbors a chance to catch up and welcome newcomers.
🍱 Lunch & Learn: The Oral-Overall Health Connection (1:00 PM)
The highlight of the day was our Featured Presentation during the Lunch & Learn in the Activity Lounge.
Seniors gathered to enjoy lunch while listening to an insightful talk led by representatives from Boston University, Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine and Clare Senior Care AFC & GAFC.
