Boston, MA — October 16, 2025
Clare Senior Care was proud to participate in this year’s Boston Health & Wellness Fair, an inspiring community event bringing together healthcare providers, caregivers, and local residents to promote healthy living, preventive care, and wellness awareness.
The fair featured free health screenings, educational booths, and interactive activities focused on improving daily wellness for seniors and families. Clare’s team provided information about Adult Foster Care (AFC) and Group Adult Foster Care (GAFC) programs under MassHealth, helping attendees understand how these services support seniors who wish to live safely and comfortably at home.
Nurses and care coordinators from Clare also offered free blood pressure checks, shared fall prevention tips, and distributed multilingual materials about caregiver support, dementia awareness, and home safety. The team enjoyed connecting with residents, answering questions, and sharing Clare’s mission — “Care with Equity. Purpose in Action. Every Voice, Every Language.”

Clare is deeply committed to community outreach, ensuring everyone has access to clear, compassionate health information. Events like this highlight how simple conversations can spark lasting change — helping families discover resources, build healthy habits, and feel more supported in their care journey.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by Clare’s booth! We look forward to seeing you again at our next community event.
